None of My other streaming services have this issue. I would do it, tap open from App Store… and same thing. From the App Store, it said I needed an update four times this week. Trying to open the app itself does the same thing. It makes the open noise, I get a brief glimpse at either a blue black screen or even the video itself… then back to the Apple TV menu.

But with this one device, I have tried everything! Removed it, updated it, updated the Apple TV device, changed networks, changed back, hard shut downs on everything including the tv… everything the help pages, forums and bots tell me to do.Įven in Apple TV app on ‘continue watching’ shelf, I can see what I last watched on Disney on my other Apple devices, but I can’t open it.
